The Municipal Bullfighting Academy of Aguascalientes “Alfonso Ramírez ‘El Calesero’” has officially announced the 1st Aguascalientes Cup 2025, titled “The Dream of Becoming a Bullfighter.” This exciting competition is designed to promote young bullfighting talents and will include two elimination rounds and a final, highlighting the skills and dedication of the academy’s students.

- First Elimination Round: Saturday, January 11, 4:30 PM, at the charro-bullring in Rincón de Romos.

- 30 points: Artistic Expression.
- 30 points: Bullfighting Technique.
- 30 points: Earning Appendages.
- 30 points: Public Vote, conducted via social media within 24 hours after each elimination round.
For the final, the jury will determine the winner based solely on attitude, artistic expression, bullfighting technique, and appendages earned.
